FRANTOIO GALANTINO - L'Affiorato - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 250ml can


This oil is obtained using the ancient affioramento method, which consists of hand-picking a very small percentage of oil (around 2-3%) which forms spontaneously on the olive paste before pressing.

Affiorato oil, not being subject to any extraction force, has a full-bodied appearance, in perfect harmony between aroma and taste.

Recommended use: Recommended raw on baked, steamed, grilled or marinated fish, seafood, white meats, salads, delicate dishes.
