Spaghetti chitarra (guitar pasta) is a square pasta format with a width of 2 mm. The recommended thickness of the pasta is reached with position 4 of the knob on the sheeter.
It can be operated by hand with the corresponding crank or with the Pastadrive motor.
The dough can absorb sauces more easily thanks to the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers
The aluminium rollers are anodised, so that no harmful particles are released even after many uses
Easy assembly on the pasta machine
Maintenance :
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
